THE GREAT WORK - Talismanic Pendant carved in Walnut (Hermetic Ceremonial Magic)

Carved in solid walnut. 8cm long (3.15 inches) and just under 4cm at the wides ( 1.57 inches) and a nice tactile 5mm thick. Each piece is individually carved to order.

This carving was originally part of a custom order from a practitioner of the Hermetic Qabalah and Ceremonial Magic here in the UK -- it was a commission to create a pendant which would symbolise The Great Work of the Ceremonial Magician within the Western Esoteric Tradition of Hermetic magic and theurgy. Carved in solid walnut, the grail with the equal-armed cross represents the vessel that the work purifies as we progress and the flame of gnosis that floats above is that connection with the divine light to which the practitioner aspires. Overall a fitting and potent symbol, I think!

My catalogue pieces are individually made-to-order. Each one is unique so your piece may slightly vary from the example pictured here, depending upon the grain and finish. Completion time is estimated at 2 weeks. Once the work is finished and I'm completely happy with the piece, I'll contact you with photos of the final piece and then arrange shipping. Thanks!
